Owner Registrations

We offer complimentary registration to Owners or their appointed staff member. Requests must be made prior to March 1, 2019. One (1) registration per franchise agreement only.


Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Limit 10 enrollments per order.
  • Place the primary attendee/cardholder's information in the initial billing/contact information fields. You will be able to add the remaining registrants after check-out.
  • Registrations are processed online using a credit card for payment.
  • Registration prior to March 1, 2019 will qualify for the discounted Early Bird Registration Fee. Registrations received between March 2, 2019 & March 29, 2019 will qualify for the Regular Registration Fee. All registrations made after March 29, 2019 will be charged the Full Onsite Registration Fee.
  • Registrations will not be processed online after March 29, 2019; attendees not yet registered must register onsite.

Owner/General Manager Complimentary Registration & Policies
We offer complimentary registration to Owners and General Managers only. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding these registrations:

  1. One (1) registration will be offered per franchise agreement on a complimentary basis. The signed franchise agreement must be on file at the Legal Department of the Corporate Office prior to March 1, 2019.
  2. The registration must be received on or before March 1, 2019. (After this date, complimentary registrations are no longer valid)
  3. Complimentary registrations are available only to Owners or General Managers (as registered in the Extranet) and are not transferable to parties outside of franchise agreements. In the instance that a Master or Multi-unit Franchise agreement exists, the Owner may issue the total number of allotted complimentary passes only to other Owners or General Managers of a New Horizons Center.
  4. Owner comps must be ordered on the separate order form on the Registration page

Guest Event Registration Fees
A guest is a spouse, significant other, friend, or an adult child, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Registered guests may attend the Opening Night Welcome Reception and/or the Awards Ceremony and Banquet. Guest registration fees for the above mentioned events exclude all breakfasts, lunches, General Sessions and Breakout Sessions and other events related to the International Conference.

NOTE: In the interest of serving both the professional and business interests of New Horizons attendees, children under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to attend any New Horizons function. Adult children eighteen (18) and over may attend New Horizons social functions, provided a Guest Registration is purchased.

Sponsors and Exhibitors
Join us as an exhibitor or sponsor at the 2019 International Conference Expo. We are pleased to offer certain benefits with a purchase of a booth space either as an exhibitor or a sponsor. To submit your Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration, or to find out further details on how you can sponsor the event, please contact our Exhibit Hall Management Team.
NOTE: Please do not submit any Sponsor/Exhibitor registrations through this website's online registration process.

Payment Policy
Credit card payment must be provided in order to process your registration. Credit card payments will be posted to your account upon acceptance and processing of your order. Invoicing through Accounting will not be available for registration fees. Company checks will not be accepted for payment.  If you are unable to register online, please email Kayan Tarapore to request assistance.

If you wish to substitute a registration for someone else, please submit your request to Kayan Tarapore prior to March 29, 2019. Substitutions will not be accepted after this date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted to Kayan Tarapore before March 29, 2019. Cancellations submitted prior to March 29, 2019 will receive a full refund less a $50.00 service charge.
Refunds will not be issued after March 29, 2019.

Registration Confirmation
You will receive an automated notification when your order has been submitted. You will receive another automated notification when your order has been accepted and processed. Standard order processing turnaround time is 2 business days. If you do not receive confirmation within 5 business days, please contact Kayan Tarapore.
