New Horizons Registration Policies

Photo Release

Photos of conference participants may be used for conference promotional materials, New Horizons newsletter, identification purposes, or other marketing-related uses. By virtue of your attendance, you give New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc., permission to use your likeness in such manner.


No Smoking Policy

All New Horizons Meetings and Conferences, within meeting rooms and seated functions, will be smoke-free. Also, please regard the smoking policy of the hotel.


Alcohol Drinking Policy

New Horizons official policy regarding the minimum age for alcohol consumption is the age applicable to the jurisdiction of the event venue. In the State of Texas, the minimum age for the consumption of alcohol, beer, and wine is 21 years of age.


Schedule Changes

The management of New Horizons 2019 International Conference reserves the right to make any necessary changes to this program. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.


Guests Policy

A guest is a spouse, significant other, friend, or an adult child, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Registered guests may attend the Opening Night Welcome Reception and/or the Awards Banquet. Guest registration fees for the above mentioned events exclude all breakfasts, lunches, General Sessions and Breakout Sessions and other events related to the International Conference.


Payment Policy

Credit card payment must be provided in order to process your registration. Credit card payments will be posted to your account upon acceptance and processing of your order registration. Invoicing through Accounting will not be available for registration fees. Company checks will not be accepted for payment. If you are unable to register online, please email Kayan Tarapore to request assistance.


Registration Policy

Registration prior to March 1, 2019 will qualify for Early Bird Registration Fees, all other registrations received after March 1, 2019 and before March 29, 2019 will qualify for the Regular Registration Fees. After March 29th, all registrations will need to be processed onsite at the Registration Desk and will be charged the Onsite Registration Fee.



If you wish to substitute a registration for someone else, please submit your request to Kayan Tarapore prior to March 29, 2019. Substitutions will not be accepted after this date.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted to Kayan Tarapore before March 1, 2019. Cancellations submitted between March 2, 2019 and March 29, 2019 will receive a full refund less a $50.00 service charge. Refunds will not be issued after March 29th.


Complimentary Registration Policy

This year we are again pleased to offer one (1) registration on a complimentary basis per franchise agreement if registration is received on or before March 1, 2019. After March 1st, complimentary registrations will no longer be offered. A signed franchise agreement must be on file at the Corporate Office prior to the above registration deadline. Should the registration be used by someone other than the Franchise Owner of record, written approval (via email) from the Franchise Owner must accompany registration request. Complimentary registrations are not transferable outside of franchise agreements. In the instance that a Master or Multi-unit Franchise agreement exists, the Owner may issue the total number of allotted complimentary passes to anyone within their Franchise Organization.
